Summer at SGIS Classes: ACT Test Prep
Classes are designed to cater to students who have completed Algebra 2 with a comprehensive curriculum aimed at bolstering their abilities in the four core sections of the ACT: English, Mathematics, Reading, and Science. As National Test Prep Association members, the Tutors901 instructors are knowledgeable in their subject areas and know the current trends and strategies applicable to today’s ACT.
Who: Any rising junior or senior student who has completed Algebra II.
When: Session 1: June 3rd - June 7th, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm,
Where: St. George’s Independent School, Collierville Campus
Cost: $475 per student (Workshop materials: included)

SGIS ACT Practice Test Day
Students will experience what an actual ACT test day would be like. The mock test day is structured with live proctors, timing, answer sheets, and timed breaks. Students will also be shown how to score their answer sheets and how to convert their raw scores to the scaled scores. For those interested, a more detailed score report may be ordered that provides a deeper analysis of the student’s results. Click here to see a sample report
Who: Any St. George’s student who has completed the first semester of Algebra II
Materials: Students will need to bring an ACT-approved calculator. Testing materials will be provided

SGIS ACT Test Prep Wednesday Workshops
SGIS ACT Test Prep Wednesday Workshops are designed to cater to students who have completed Algebra II with a comprehensive curriculum aimed at bolstering their abilities in the four core sections of the ACT: English, Mathematics, Reading, and Science. Our experienced instructors will employ proven teaching methods and utilize practice tests to ensure students become familiar with the format and content of the ACT.
Who: Any SGIS student who has completed Algebra II.
Class Size: To maintain an ideal student-to-instructor ratio and personalized attention, each class will accommodate a maximum of 15 students.
When: The ACT Test Prep Wednesday Workshops will be offered four times during the academic year with 6 classes per session, on Wednesdays, US Flex (2:30 – 3:50).
Session 1 (Closed): Aug 30, 2023, Sept 6, Sept 13, Sept 20, Sept 27, Oct 4
Session 2: Oct 18, 2023, Oct 25, Nov 8, Nov 15, Nov 29, Dec 6
Session 3: Jan 3, 2024, Jan 10, Jan 17, Jan 24, Jan 31, Feb 7
Session 4: Feb 28, 2024, Mar 6, Mar 20, Mar 27, Apr 3, Apr 10
Cost: $450* per student (Workshop materials: included)

ACT Test Prep Summer Workshop
The ACT Test Prep Summer Workshop covers all subject areas of the test: English, Math, Reading, and Science. The day is led by a team of experienced and engaging ACT tutors.
Meeting: June 26 - June 30 (M - F) 9:00am - 12:00pm
Workshop Cost: $450*
*You will be charged a non-refundable registration fee of $225 upon registration; balance due prior to the start of the workshop.
Students will:
Get an overview of what to expect on ACT test day
Timed practice with real ACT tests
Work with each subject area: English, Math, Reading, and Science
Gain a better understanding of how to study and prepare
Learn current strategies and specific time-saving tips that reflect current ACT questions
Students must have completed Algebra II to enroll
ACT Practice Test Day

For students who sign up for a test prep package with Tutors901, the sign-up fee will be deducted from the package cost.
